TopRoadStudio provides digital setup assistance, VPN configuration guidance, onboarding support, device setup help, troubleshooting, web design support, business support, and customer education.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using their own legally authorized apps, accounts, services, subscriptions, tools, and login credentials. TopRoadStudio does not claim ownership of third-party platforms, apps, software, content, or services.
No Guaranteed Results
Support services are educational and technical in nature. Results may vary based on the customer's device, internet connection, account access, software compatibility, and third-party service availability.
Payment and Annual Plan
The annual digital support plan is billed at the price displayed at checkout. Access to support begins after payment confirmation and completion of onboarding details where required.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Completed setup work, delivered onboarding support, digital services, and troubleshooting time may be non-refundable. Contact support for billing concerns.
Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use TopRoadStudio services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party platforms, infringement, fraud, or violation of any third-party terms.
Third-Party Platforms
Third-party apps, platforms, VPN tools, payment processors, web hosts, and software providers may have separate terms. TopRoadStudio is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, fees, policies, or account decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopRoadStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages arising from use of our services or third-party tools.
